Public speaking

Owning the room: eye contact, voice, posture and a message that stands up.

Every speaking situation calls for its own skills. You work with a journalist or a specialist to make sure your delivery is confident and clear.

Beyond words: the discipline of delivery

However brilliant the content, it goes unheard if the delivery lets it down. A strong idea can be completely undermined by hesitant speech or evasive body language.

It is not simply about speaking well: it is about owning the space and having every right to be there. How do you pitch your voice so that it carries without shouting? How do you use your hands to shape what you say rather than distract from it?

Every situation calls for its own skills

Whether you are launching a new product, addressing a shareholders' meeting, speaking to your sales force or holding a press conference in a foreign language, you have to adapt quickly and effectively to each audience.

IMT makes sure your message fits its setting, so that it is neither misunderstood nor distorted.

Eye contact, voice, posture

Eye contact creates a connection and sets up a real exchange. It engages and includes your audience, and brings what you say to life.

Your voice becomes a tool for projection. Learning to place it gives it range and clarity. Breathing supports what you say, gives it rhythm and stability, and helps you manage stress.

Posture gives you a solid anchor. Once you are grounded, your body naturally supports your message. Your hands find their place and add to the energy of the whole performance.

Stage fright, body language, presence

You learn to overcome stage fright, to use body language to good effect and to gain confidence and presence. We also prepare you for the questions that follow.

Managing stage fright and emotions, often the first obstacle participants mention, has its own dedicated modules. The aim is not to get rid of the adrenaline but to turn it into energy you can communicate.

Mastering non-verbal communication strengthens your presence, your credibility and your impact in every professional setting.

The camera as a mirror

The cornerstone of the method is intensive filmed practice. Theory is necessary but not enough. Seeing yourself on video, in close-up, makes you immediately aware of verbal tics, a wandering gaze or a slumped posture.

The feedback is designed to encourage: we take the sequence apart, adjust the tone, simplify a sentence that is too complicated, and run the scene again until the message is crystal clear.

Leading through the spoken word

The goal goes beyond technique: knowing how to move an audience while sticking to the facts, and how to answer difficult questions with quiet assurance. It is not enough to say the message; you have to embody it, with complete consistency.

What you gain

Working on delivery, body language, voice, posture and gesture, IMT helps professionals communicate with more confidence, more charisma and more authenticity.

The result: better one-to-one exchanges, more persuasive negotiating, more ease in front of an audience, and clearer, more influential communication.

And above all: confidence.
